Standard Bellows Pressure Gauge

Bellows Pressure Gauge uses a diaphragm as a sensitive element for measuring minute pressures. It measures low and negative pressures in gases that are non-corrosive to copper alloys and non-explosive. It is widely used in cobalt furnace ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion equipment, and other similar equipment.


Bellows Pressure Gauge consists of a measuring system (including connectors, diaphragm), a transmission mechanism, an indicating device, and a housing.When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm, its free end undergoes a corresponding elastic deformation—displacement. This displacement is amplified by a lever-driven transmission mechanism, and the indicating device displays the measured pressure on the instrument dial.

High-Precision Measurement

Our advanced design, combined with a precision transmission mechanism, ensures measurement accuracy within ±0.5% FS (full scale), meeting the high-precision monitoring needs of low and negative pressures in industrial production, such as gas pipeline pressure monitoring and ventilation system pressure regulation.

 

Material and Corrosion Resistance

Bellows material: Copper alloy or stainless steel can be selected based on the medium characteristics. Copper alloy bellows are suitable for measuring non-corrosive gases or neutral liquids, offering high cost-effectiveness. Stainless steel bellows offer enhanced corrosion resistance and are suitable for chemical and coastal environments, effectively resisting corrosion from media such as acidic gases and humid steam.

 

Housing and Seals

The housing is constructed of stainless steel with an IP65 rating, offering excellent dust and moisture resistance. Seals are made of nitrile rubber or silicone, specifically designed for oil and high-temperature resistance, respectively, ensuring long-term stable operation.
