Bellows Pressure Gauge uses a diaphragm as a sensitive element for measuring minute pressures. It measures low and negative pressures in gases that are non-corrosive to copper alloys and non-explosive. It is widely used in cobalt furnace ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion equipment, and other similar equipment. Bellows Pressure Gauge consists of a measuring system (including connectors, diaphragm), a transmission mechanism, an indicating device, and a housing.When the pressure of the measured medium acts on the diaphragm, its free end undergoes a corresponding elastic deformation—displacement. This displacement is amplified by a lever-driven transmission mechanism, and the indicating device displays the measured pressure on the instrument dial.

Type K MI cable is the most common thermocouple cable with economic cost, it has a good resistance against oxidation and can be recommended for oxidizing and inert atmospheres. The temperature range of Type K MI cable is 0..1260°C.

Type N thermocouple wire is suitable in the similar atmospheres with type K and the operating temperature is -200-1300℃. Its  advantage is thermoelectric stability. The composition of positive(NP) is approximately Ni84.4Cr14.2Si1.4, negative(NN) is Ni95.5Si4.4Mg0.1 for Type N thermocouple wire material. Mineral insulated RTD cable with Copper conductors is the normal type for RTD cable for high temperature measurments up to 400C, it is welcome for cheap cost and steady resistance. The MI RTD cables are the base material for RTD sensors, its structure advantage with anti pollution and mechanical strength promise can be applied in the harsh environment.

Bimetallic thermometers are constructed by welding two metal sheets with different linear expansion coefficients based on the thermal expansion characteristics of a bimetallic strip. When the temperature changes, the bimetallic strip bends due to the change in expansion coefficient, causing the pointer to indicate the corresponding temperature on the arrow.
