RTD Sensor Probes refer to intermediate products that have not yet completed all manufacturing processes during the thermal resistor production process, but have already possessed some functions or structures.

Here in SICC we strictly select Grade A or higher platinum materials for RTD Sensor Probes that comply with the IEC 60751 standard. We utilize high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation material, treated through a specialized process to achieve superior electrical insulation, high-temperature stability, and excellent thermal conductivity. Fully automated precision powder filling equipment ensures a uniform and dense insulation layer, eliminating internal air gaps and significantly improving vibration and shock resistance and thermal response speed.
